Very chuffed that my Gabote limited edition products and textiles have been featured on the latest edition of italian magazine Collezioni 03 Baby! Featured Designer

Very excited to have been featured on the wonderful Pattern Observer site recently. Including the colourful deep sea creatures, silk scarves and my hand decorated ceramic.
Pattern Observer is one of my favourite online sites, which provides support to surface and textile pattern designers around the world through their Textile Design Lab, articles, tutorials, and interviews with industry experts.
A great site to follow no matter if you are starting out in your career or are well established, there are always new things to discover and learn especially if you become a member of their well known Textile Design Lab.

Muy contenta de haber aparecido recientemente en el fabuloso sitio de Pattern Observer. Incluyendo mis Criaturas Coloridas de las Profundidades del Mar, diseños de bufandas y mi cerámica decorada a mano.
Pattern Observer es uno de mis sitios online preferidos, el cual provee soporte a diseñadoras de textiles y superficies en todo el mundo a través de su Textile Design Lab, artículos y entrevistas con expertos en la industria.
Es un sitio que te recomiendo seguir no sólo si estás comenzando en tu carrera o estás bien establecida, siempre hay cosas nuevas por descubrir y aprender sobre todo si te haces miembro de su conocido Textile Design Lab.

Algunos de mis últimos estampados originalmente hechos a mano recientemente publicados en la última edición de una de mis publicaciones de diseño favoritas, la revista Uppercase y su guía de Diseño de Superficies; a la par de contribuyentes como Liberty Art Fabrics y el trabajo de talentosos diseñadores de todo el mundo como Susse Linton y Ashley Lotecki. Texitura 50 Autumn/Winter 14/15

It's been a long time since I don't share any news on Gabote, unfortunately I had a family emergency during the summer holidays. On a personal level I am a bit down because of this but as far as work is concerned, I have very good news to share. I will be sharing them gradually during the following weeks but for now let's start our weekly Gabote news with a few images of my contribution to the international Print Trends Book Texitura 50 for Autumn/Winter season 14/15 where some of my latest pattern design collections have been published - they are part of the collection called Arboflora. Love it! Very excited and honoured to be part of this gorgeous publication full of inspiring patterns from talented studios and designers worldwide. Gabriela Larios pages 80 - 81

Ha pasado un buen tiempo ya desde que no comparto noticias en Gabote, desafortunadamente tuve una emergencia familiar que atender durante las vacaciones de verano. A nivel personal me encuentro un poco triste debido a ésto pero en lo que respecta a trabajo tengo muy buenas noticias que compartir. Las compartiré poco a poco durante las siguientes semanas pero por ahora empecemos las noticias semanales de Gabote con algunas imágenes de mi contribución para el libro internacional de tendencias  Texitura 50 temporada Otoño/Invierno 14/15 en donde han sido publicados algunos de mis últimos diseños de estampados los cuales forman parte de la colección llamada Arboflora. ¡Me encanta! Muy emocionada y honrada de formar parte de esta lindísima publicación llena de inspiradores estampados de talentosos estudios y diseñadores de todo el mundo. Gabriela Larios páginas 80 - 81

Unveiled: Work Life 3 Front Cover

The Work Life 3 book Covers have been unveiled and they look wonderful! Developed under a more personal and intimate approach, under the theme of "an illustrated life", the book showcases the work and lifestyle of a 100 illustrators from around the world. To be published in September this year, the book is now available for pre-order.  Ahhh! Honoured and veeery excited to be part of this awesome project from Uppercase Magazine!

Las portadas del libro Work Life 3 han sido develadas y vaya qué lindas que han quedado! Desarrollado bajo un enfoque más personal e íntimo, bajo el tema de "una vida ilustrada", el libro muestra el trabajo y estilo de vida de 100 ilustradores de todo el mundo. A ser publicado en septiembre de este año, el libro ya está disponible para ser ordenado. Ahhh ¡Muy honrada y emocionadaaaa de ser parte de este fabuloso proyecto de la revista Uppercase!
